The presence of the Fraternity in Bologna began in September 2006 when Cardinal Carlo Caffara asked Fr. Massimo Camisasca to open a house in his diocese. In October 2007 he entrusted to the Fraternity the parish Sant’Isaia, one of the oldest in the city. The priests follow the Movement of Communion and Liberation and are entrusted with educating young people as well as providing assistance to the sick.
