The mission in Siberia began immediately after the fall of the Berlin Wall. The first missionaries to arrive in Novosibirsk went to see what was left of the Christian communities of German origin, people who have not seen a Catholic priest in 60 years. Today the mission continues to take care of the Catholic communities of the parishes of the Sacred Heart of Palavinnoje and Resurrection of Krasnozërskoe. The priests of the house also have the responsibility of the parish of St. Joseph in Berdsk and St. Augustine in Akademgorodok.
