The Fraternity of St. Charles has been present in Turin since 2005. In September of 2014, the Fraternity opened a house in the parish of Santa Giulia, in the historic center of the city.  The church was founded by the will of the servant of God Giulia Colbert, who was the Marchioness of Barolo.  The parish was named as such in honor of the patron saint of the Marchioness, the virgin martyr St. Giulia.
