Falleci\u00f3 el 9 de marzo de 2021, durante la pandemia de Covid. A lo largo de su vida sacerdotal, en la que acompa\u00f1\u00f3 a miles de j\u00f3venes, familias y necesitados, se dedic\u00f3 adem\u00e1s a la poes\u00eda y a la m\u00fasica. En el 2016 public\u00f3 su primer \u00e1lbum, <em>Sei Tu<\/em>. En el 2022 se public\u00f3 <em>Pochi passi<\/em>, \u00e1lbum p\u00f3stumo realizado gracias a las grabaciones y apuntes que el mismo Anas nos dej\u00f3.
