On Monday, March 16th, the Superiors of the Fraternity and the Missionary Sisters of St. Charles were received in an audience with Pope Leo XIV.

On Monday, March 16th, Fr. Paolo Sottopietra and Sr. Rachele Paiusco, the superior generals fo the Fraternity of St. Charles and the Missionary Sisters of St. Charles, were received in an audience with His Holiness, Pope Leo XIV. In an extended conversation, Fr. Paolo and Sr. Rachele renewed the availability of the Fraternity and the Missionary Sisters to serve the Church, wherever there is a need. They also had the possibility of presenting to the Holy Father the Two Institutes, telling him the story and describing the mission. The granting of an audience was for us something very moving and a motive of great gratitude.
From Poland to Germany and then to Italy, the sister of Sr. Alina, who, on March 25th, professed final vows in the Missionary Sisters of St. Charles Borromeo.
19 university students on the Via Francigena accompanied by Sr. Giulia and Sr. Alina: a journey full of expectation, which led to the discovery that truly “God loves you.”
