ReadOn Sunday July 23rd, at the church of Santa Maria in Domnica in Roma, Fr. Giovanni Barranni celebrated the first mass of the newly ordained priests of the Fraternity of St. Charles. With him were also concelebrating Ignazio Beghi, João Brito, Matteo Pagani and Martino Zavarise, all of whom were ordained the day before.
ReadOn Saturday, June 22nd, in the papal basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls, Giovanni Barrani, Ignazio Beghi, João Brito, Matteo Pagani and Martino Zavarise received priestly ordination through the imposition of the hands of Cardinal Sean O’Malley. In the same liturgy, Tommaso Benzoni, Andrea La Piana and Simone Moretti were ordained deacons.
ReadOn Saturday, May 11th, the priests and seminarians of the Fraternity of St. Charles accompanied groups of Knights (middle school students) from Rome and the Lazio region to the city of Anagni for the traditional ceremony of the “promise”.
